Shraddha Kapoor’s career has been on the rise lately, thanks to films like Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain and Haider. She gifted herself a luxury four-wheeler, and her family showered her with plenty of gifts too. But theres one person in Shraddhas life, whos just as excited as her family is - her maid who has seen her grow up. The domestic help gifted Shraddha a congratulatory card and a small idol of Lord Ganesh as the actress is an ardent devotee of the elephant god.
“The maid has been in Shraddhas house since she was a kid. She has seen the actress in her good and bad times. The maid was so overjoyed at the thumping success of Haider in India and abroad, that she picked up a present for Shraddha,” says a source close to the actress. Shraddha was touched by the gesture and gave her a hug. The maid has always been the one who cooks the actresss favourite food on every occasion at home.
